Oluyemi Rufai is a Finance Expert with over a decade experience which cut across diverse areas including; Oil and Gas with ExxonMobil, Management Consulting with KPMG, Public Policy, Investment Banking and Commercial Banking.

 

 He was part of the team that set up Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN), Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company (NMRC), he has successfully raised over $150m through the domestic and foreign debt capital market, He currently heads the Business Advisory unit of FCMB Business Banking Group, where he is responsible for advising SMEs on how best to structure and raise alternative funding, offering SMEs business development services, coordinating various capacity building programmes in different focus-sectors (including Renewable Energy & Agribusiness) and created over $50m credit enhancement facility for businesses to leverage.

 

He also drives the bank’s Renewable Energy segment portfolio, which he is very passionate about, with his first degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering and a second degree in MBA Finance.
