Secure Electronic Technology Plc (Secure Electronic or the Company) wishes to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange and its esteemed Shareholders that the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of the Company, Dr. Odunlami Kola-Daisi, tendered his resignation to the Board of Directors (The Board) of the Company on July 11th 2019. The Board has accordingly accepted his resignation letter.
Consequently,
the Internal Divisional Director/Chief Lottery Operating Officer, Mr. Hamzat
Abiodun has assumed the role of the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
of Secure Electronic Technology Plc in acting capacity for a maximum period of
One Hundred and Eighty (180) days. The Board has expressed its gratitude to Dr.
Odunlami Kola-Daisi for his contributions to the company during his tenure as the
MD/CEO.
Brief Profile of Mr. Hamzat Abiodun
Mr.
Abiodun Hamzat is a graduate of Electrical/ Electronic Engineering from the
University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He has a Masters of Business Administration
from the Lagos State University, Lagos State. He has various certification in
ICT and has attended several trainings; both locally and internationally. He
has worked in different establishments in different capacities.
Mr.
Hamzat joined Secure Electronic Technology Plc in 2004, and was the Internal
Divisional Director/Chief Lottery Operating Officer before this appointment.
