Morison Appoints Mr. Adesoji Oladejo as Managing Director; Mr. Deji Mustapha Resigns

Morison Industries Plc. (the Company) wishes to inform its shareholders and the investing public of the resignation of Mr. Deji Mustapha as the Company's Acting Managing Director with effect from December 31, 2020.


Accordingly, the Board has accepted his resignation and expressed its appreciation for his stewardship.


Meanwhile, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Adesoji Akinola Oladejo as the Managing Director with effect from January 4, 2021.


Mr. Oladejo is a Business Process Consultant with Tillbridge Limited.


He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 25 years work experience in the Business Consulting, Telecommunications and the FMCG work environments. He has experience in Project Management, Quality Assurance and Control, Production and Operations, Lean Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and general management.


He has acquired extensive experience in key areas of business management including; Business Process Diagnostics, Improvement & Re-engineering, Business transformation, Change Management, Human Capacity Development, Supply Chain Management and Project Management.


Over the years, Mr. Oladejo has been involved in facilitating and refining the business strategies, structures and systems of both public and private organizations.

He has built a track record of consistently achieving visible (measurable) improvement in work performance using training, complex-to-simple problem-solving tools and techniques, information technology, performance management systems and reorganization of work processes.


Organisations he has recently or previously worked for include GlaxoSmithKline Nig. Plc (previously SmithKline Beecham Nig. Plc), Bacom Communication Limited, Silk Business Network Limited and Tillbridge Limited.
