NBS publishes August 2016 PMS/Petrol Price Watch. Actual price paid by consumers for petrol in July 2016 stood at N147.3 lower than N147.7 paid in July 2016 and also higher than N104.5 paid in August 2015.

States with highest Average prices of Petrol in August 2016 were Bayelsa (N164), Kogi (N155) and Nassarawa (N154). States with lowest Average price of Petrol were Plateau (N144), Borno (N144) and Taraba (N143).
 

NB: The NBS report presents average monthly prices actually reportedly paid by households for PMS across the 36 States and FCT.
