OTUNBA OLUGBENGA ODUSANYA is the MD/CEO at Coodsynergyn Oil West Africa Ltd.
Mr. Claudius Olugbenga Odusanya attended the prestigious Yaba
College of Technology Yaba, Lagos state where he bagged a Higher National
Diploma in accountancy from the year 1983-1989. He went ahead for his post
graduate degree at the famous Greenwich School of Management London from
1998-2000 leaving with a Post Graduate Diploma certificate in Management
Studies. Subsequently, he grabbed his MBA from the University of Hull, England
in business administration from 2000-2002. He also got recognised at the institute
of cost and executive accountants (ACEA) at London and Chartered Institute of
management (CIMGT) London respectively.
Being a versatile type of person, he got involved in numerous
Social and Religious activities where he has memberships such as Island Club of
Nigeria, Ikoyi Club, the Prestigious Rotary club of Ikoyi metropolitan, the
Great IBB Golf and Country Club Abuja and also London Gentlemen Club, Salisbury
England, to mention a few. During his leisure, he engages in sporting
activities like Golf, table tennis and swimming. He also participated in
British Trade Mission to Nigeria, Ghana, South-Africa, India and China from
2000 to 2010, participated on Invitation by The Senate, New York State in
Albany, to attend a trade mission in Bahia State, Brazil in 2003.
He also has numerous achievements tagged to his name such as
Participating in the Committee when changing name of Institute of Petroleum to
Energy Institute [EI], Participating in the Committee that planned Abuja @ 30
in Year 2007, Chairman Sub-Committee at Nigeria @ 50 Celebration in Year 2010,
Chairman, sponsorship/fund Raising Committee for IBB Golf & Country Club in
2011,2012,2013, Member, National Working Committee - Abuja National Carnival
Management Committee & Chairman, Fund Raising Committee - Abuja National
Carnival.
In addition to the above, a member of the Presidential
Infrastructure Master Plan Committee that designed and prepared the current and
only Country's Infrastructure Master Plan for Nigeria.
Mr. Claudius Olugbenga Odusanya also made his country proud by
grabbing some honorary achievements outside the walls of Nigeria including
Honorary Citizenship & Key to City of Little Rock, State of Arkansas, USA
in 2013 and Honorary Citizenship of the City of Great Height, State of Maryland,
United States of America in 2013.
He has also held quite a number of positions within and outside
COOD Resources Group ranging from Director of COODSYNERGYN Oil, Gas & Power
UK limited to Director COOD incentives Inc. Dallas, Texas USA. He was also a one-time
Credit Manager from 1992-1996 at EKO Le Meridien Hotel. Texaco Nigeria PLC had
him as the trainee accountant from 1988-1991.
