The National Bureau of Statistics will make available inflation figures for the month of July on Monday, August 28, 2017. Certainly the base effect has largely been exhausted; regardless core inflation will maintain a downward dive.  Exhaustion in earlier base effect coupled with an existing trend of stubborn food inflation, has made the headline more   prone to inertia.
