MRS Notifies of Board Meeting Resolutions

MRS Oil Nigeria Plc ("the Company") hereby wishes to inform The Nigerian Stock Exchange ("The Exchange") and the investing Public that the meeting of the Company's Board of Directors held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 as scheduled.

At the meeting, the Board of Directors considered and approved the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2019 (2019 AFS) and the 2020, 1st Quarter Unaudited Results (Q1 UFS 2020).

Consequently, the closed period remains in force until twenty-four (24) hours after the filing of the 2019 AFS and the Q1 UFS 2020, with The Exchange.

All insiders and related persons are duly informed and prohibited from trading in the Company's shares, during this period.
