This is to inform the Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange) our valued shareholders, investing public and key stakeholders that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Monday 27 July, 2020 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Statements for the half year ended June 30, 2020.

The Company has also declared a Closed Period in respect of transaction on its securities from July 2nd until such date when the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2020 are released on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Compliance with the Listing Rules of the Exchange.

Accordingly, no director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibility, advisers, consultants of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company during the Closed Period.
