Mr. Gori Olusina Daniel is the Managing Partner of Africa Public Private Partnership Advisory Services Limited, a Project Finance consultant that is delivering the PPP and Infrastructure Financing component of the UK-Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility.


Gori is a Senior Infrastructure and Capital Projects Commercial Specialist with over 15 years' experience of commercial and financial due diligence, policy and contract management, delivering PPP/PFI transaction advisory services from multiple perspectives including client-side (public sector), and private sector advisory across a range of sectors.

Based in London, Gori has contributed to the delivery of large-scale public-sector infrastructure and concession projects, such as the London Oyster smartcard and Crossrail, and on a range of Transport and Energy PPP, Real Estate and Human Capacity Development projects in the UK, Asia and Africa.

As Project Manager for Transport for London's 2007 Corporate Spending Review, Gori was a member of the bid team that secured £80bn (over 10 years) for investment in London's transport infrastructure and contributed to the development of the Transport Plans that supported the successful delivery of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Gori leads and works as part of multi-disciplinary teams tackling a range of research, policy, business development, strategy, and transaction advisory assignments.

He advises on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, business development and internationalisation strategies, investment promotion and facilitation, public investment management, business planning, strategy, performance management, delivery and change management.

Gori is also a committed academic with research publications that explore the impact of institutions on the strategy and performance of multinational firms in emerging markets. He currently supports the teaching of the Imperial College Global MBA Private Equity module.
