The much-anticipated NFW 2020 which was poised to hold for October 5th has been rescheduled for the first week in November (2nd - 6th).
The decision to move the event was stated as necessary for the integrity of the conference. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and its consequences, a lot of things were rendered inconclusive and in coming to a decision, it was glaring that the initial date wasn't feasible anymore.
Nigeria Fintech Week is an annual event organised by Fintech Association Nigeria that seeks to discover fintech solutions that can transform interfacing sectors of the economy.
This year's event themed "Evolving Economic Disruption: Fintech as a Solution" aims to unearth the paradigm shift in innovation and the new waves of digital and financial disruptions and solutions to rescue economies of the developing countries.
The 5-day event will cover discussions on Fintech in peripheral sectors - health, agriculture, education, e-commerce etc.
Some of the speaker's confirmed to speak at NFW2020 are: Matt Flannery of Branch Int'l, Patrick Akinwuntan of Ecobank Nigeria, Richie Santosdiaz of The Fintech Times, Tope Adeniyi of AXA Mansard Health and Florence Bola-Balogun of AELEX Legal Practitioners and Arbitrators.
