ETI to Hold Board Meeting on Feb 28 2020 to Approve Its 2019 Audited Financial Statements

Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI or the Company) wishes to inform The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), its shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of ETI is scheduled to meet on Friday, 28 February 2020 in Johannesburg, South Africa, to consider the Group’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December, 2019.

Consequently, and in line with the post-listing requirements of The Exchange, ETI has declared the commencement of a closed period for trading in the Company's shares from Thursday, 27 February 2020 until 24 hours after the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 is released to the public.

Accordingly, Directors, employees, persons discharging managerial responsibilities and advisers of the Company and their connected persons are restricted from dealing in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
