LDNI as one of Africa's leading learning and development professional organization is hosting this year's annual conference in a VIRTUAL Platform. Following the impact of the COVID19 pandemic, we have responded to meet the needs of our members and stakeholders.
This year's conference of Champions of Talent Development (CTD) Virtual Conference 2020 themed: Building New Pathways, will take place on October 14th and 15th, 2020. The conference will feature more than 50 world-class speakers, offering more than 100 hours of content in 8 tracks. These 8 tracks which model the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Talent Development Capability Model.
The CTD Virtual Conference 2020 conference tracks include; virtual training and digital transformation, public sector talent development, instructional design, leadership development, learning technologies, training delivery and facilitation, the business of learning, coaching and career development. This conference, which will be hosted on the Swapcard virtual conference platform, will bring together the talent development community in Nigeria, Africa and globally to learn, collaborate, and network.
Subject matter experts, leading thinkers, and visionaries in business, innovation, education, and talent development will come together to discuss trends, strategies, and skills that will help TD/L&D professionals and organizations tackle the unprecedented challenges that the "New Normal" has presented.
