The Doing Business in Nigeria Conference held on 2nd October 2018 at the Lagos Court of Arbitration, Lekki, Lagos. The theme of the conference was “The Nigerian Business Ecosystem: Emerging Trends, Investment Opportunities, and Regulatory Reforms”.
The Keynote Address was delivered by Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Trade, Industry, and Investment and Executive Secretary of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC).
The Dialogue Session at the event featured Nkechi Obi, the Managing Director/CEO, Premium Sports Management Services and Chairperson of the Sports Industry Thematic Group of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group; Ade Adefeko, the Vice President, Corporate and Government Relations, Olam Nigeria; Dr. Ola Brown, the Founder and Managing Director, Flying Doctors Nigeria; Wunmi Ogunde, the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ecoprune Africa; Babatunde Abagun, Channel Account Manager, VMware; Ibukun Abidoye, the General Manager, Chocolate City Group; and Charles Adeyemi Candide-Johnson Esq, SAN, the Senior Partner, Strachan Partners.
The event had in attendance representatives of various international chambers of commerce, company executives, senior professionals, and entrepreneurs from different sectors of the Nigerian economy.
