Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has published the Draft Companies Regulation
made under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020.
This
was made public on its official website on November 4th, 2020.
The
CAC issued an invitation for comments and published the Exposure Draft as thus:
In
line with our earlier commitment to expose the Draft Regulation, pursuant to
Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, the Regulation is now available on the
Commission's website
This
is to invite all stakeholders and members of the general public to send their
comment(s) on any aspect of the Regulation not later than Friday, 13th November
2020 to the email addresses below:
