The board of med-view airline plc hereby announce as follows:

Period Ended

31st December, 2017

Proposed Dividend

A dividend of 3 kobo per share for the shareholders ,whose names appear in the register of members as at the close of business on the 20th of march ,2018.

Closure of register

The register of shareholders will be closed from wednessday 21st –Tuesday 27th of march ,2018.

Qualification date

20th March 8, 2018

Payment date

On 3rd april ,2018 dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as at 20th of march 2018 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the register to pay their dividends directly into their bank account


Shareholders who are yet  to complete the e-dividend mandate activation form available on the registrar’s website it should be completed and submitted to registrar on their respective banks

Unclaimed dividend

Shareholders with dividend warants that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are adviced to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the registrar

Date of annual general meetings

Med-view’s annual general  meeting will be held at classic events center at no 7a, Kudirat Abiola Way , Oregun ,Lagos on March 28, 2018 at 10:00am.
