• Gross Earnings declined by -14.49% to N743m from N869m in the previous quarter.

• Profit before tax declined by 8.88% to N413m.

• Profit after tax declined by 10.41% to N342m.

• Net Assets grew by 3.4% to N8.6bn from N8.3bn.
