In preparation for the market commencement of trading of future contracts in July 2019, the Nairobi Stock Exchange has organised a two (2) day Comprehensive Derivates Training.
The comprehensive derivates training seeks to enhance the skills and prepare all stakeholders to prepare for the commencement of derivates trading. The training is scheduled to hold on 27th and 28th of June 2019.
Interested stakeholders are encouraged to sign up for
the training.
According to available information on the Nairobi Stock Exchange website on
derivatives, it stated thus that ‘NEXT is the
Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) derivatives market that facilitates the
trading of futures contracts in the Kenyan market. NEXT is regulated by the
Capital Markets Authority (CMA)’
