NSE Issues Circular On The Adoption and Compliance With Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance, 2018

In line with Sections 11c and 51c of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC) Act, 2011; the FRC has issued the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance 2018 (NCCG 2018 or the Code) which was launched on 15 January 2019. 

Further note that by the issuance of the Regulation on the Adoption and Compliance with the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance 2018 (The Regulation) by Dr. Okechukwu Enyinnaya Enelamah, Minister for Industry, Trade and Investment on 15 January 2019, this Code is applicable to all Listed Companies on The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
