Determined to increase the level of participation in capital market, the stock exchange has unveiled plans to engage ‘professional bodies’, in its next round of Investor clinic series.

This was the statement of the General Manager, Corporate services NSE Mr. Bola Adeeko at a press briefing with capital correspondents in the country.

In Identifying how vital the retail market and investor is to the economy, Mr. Bola Adeeko believed the engagement of the ‘professional groups’ will boost confidence in the market.

‘With the recent statistics that there are 5 million registered investors, we believe this new level of engagement will bring a new orientation to the market’ He said.

Mr. Bola Adeeko who was in the company of  Mr Dante Martins, Head of corporate communications and Mrs Pai Gambe the Head, Human resources of the NSE assured the correspondents, that the shareholder groups will be engaged in subsequent ‘Investor Clinic’ series.
