BAYO OLUGBEMI is the Managing Director and Chief
Executive Officer of First Registrars & Investor Services Limited. He holds
B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos, a Master's Degree in Business
Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University, specializing in International
Business Management, and a Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.) in Corporate
Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK.
Bayo
is presently the President/Chairman of Governing Council of the Institute of
Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) and the National Treasurer and a member of the
Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He
is also the immediate past Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of
Nigeria (CIBN), Lagos State Branch. He has served and still serving in a lot of
adhoc and standing committees of Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC),
the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), the Central Bank of
Nigeria (CBN), Institute of Capital Market Registrars, amongst others.
Bayo
has attended several Strategic, Management and Leadership training programmes
both locally and overseas. He is an Alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business
School (AMP 179), Stanford Business School, Wharton Business School, INSEAD,
IMD and Lagos Business School (CEP 11) among others.
He is also an experienced trainer in Leadership, Management,
Corporate Governance and Ethics, Business Formation, Capital Market Development
and Share Registration. Bayo is a seasoned motivational/inspirational speaker
of note as well as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
