He holds B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos, a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University, specializing in International Business Management, and a Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.) in Corporate Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK.

He is also an experienced trainer in Leadership, Management, Corporate Governance and Ethics, Business Formation, Capital Market Development and Share Registration. Bayo is a seasoned motivational/inspirational speaker of note as well as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
