The Association of Reporting Accountants and Auditors in the Capital Market (ARAACAM) is set to hold its 2019 Annual Conference on November 26, 2019. The Conference is poised to focus on "Public Trust in Corporate Financial Reporting" and "Corporate Financial Reporting in a Digital Age".


Financial Reporting is critical to every business as it forms the basis upon which stakeholders are able to ascertain the health of a company and determine its compliance level especially in relation to relevant regulations. As the business world becomes increasingly digitalized, professionals also need to align with the best practices and international standards essential to thrive in the digital age.


The Association of Reporting Accountants and Auditors in the Capital Market (ARAACAM) - an association formed at an instance of Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC)to develop and promote high standards of competency, ethics and professional conduct among registered Reporting Accountants operating in the financial and capital markets; aims to champion this cause through the 2019 Annual Conference which is set to have Mary Uduk, DG, Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as its Special Guest of Honour and Mr. Daniel Asapokhai, CEO, Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria as the Keynote Speaker.
