DCSL Corporate Services Limited hosts the 9th edition of its flagship Annual Audit Committee Seminar themed Improving the Performance of the Audit Committee.


DCSL Corporate Services Limited ("DCSL") will host Directors, Audit Committee members, Internal & External Auditors and Chief Finance Officers from various sectors of the Nigerian economy to its flagship annual Audit Committee Seminar. The seminar is in pursuit of DCSL's commitment to encouraging the adoption of good Corporate Governance practices by members of the Board and Statutory Audit Committees. The expectations of Audit Committees continue to evolve in response to increased focus on good governance and the need for companies to keep up to speed with global trends in remote audit, assurance, and risk management. The Audit Committee is responsible for providing oversight in areas such as internal control, internal audit, external audit, financial reporting, risk management and compliance.


The Seminar is designed to provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of their duties and responsibilities, enhance their understanding and interpretation of Financial Statements and provide practical insights into evaluating the Risk Governance Framework.
