In  this special  review of  36 States of the federation, Proshare Economy brings you the preparedness for 2018, through the budget figures that have been presented. 

As at 29th December, 2017 34 States have presented their Budgets to their respective Legislature for consideration. 

Out of the 34, Kaduna, Delta and Ogun State are ready to implement the budget from January 2, 2017 as they have respectively passed their budgets and signed them into law. 

The highest budget presented so far is this time Cross River State with a proposed whooping expenditure of N1.3trl, followed by Lagos State with N1.04trl. 

Yobe State in the North-East has the  lowest budget proposal so far pegged at N92.2bl.
