2018 CFA Society Nigeria Investment Conference to Hold on November 8, 2018

The Chartered Financial Analysts Society of Nigeria will on Thursday November 8th, 2018  host their annual investment conference, at the Eko Convention Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. 

It is expected to have in attendance 500 stakeholders  from the investment industry comprising of senior executives, regulators, academics and senior government policy makers. 

The 2018 CFA Society Nigeria Investment Conference has as its theme “Let’s Measure Up” and will have as Special Guest of Honour the Vice-President of Nigeria, Professir Yemi Osinbajo, SAN . 

It will feature robust panel sessions that will discuss “Boosting Confidence in the Financial Services Industry”, “Bridging the Infrastructure Gap”, “Attracting Foreign Direct Investment through Ease of Doing Business” “Monetary and Exchange Rate Policies” and the “Discourse on Gender Diversity Matters”. 

Also during the week the CFA Nigeria will hold its “Women in Investment Management Workshop” on Friday the 9th of November, 2018 at the same venue. 

The conference will wrap up with the CFA Society Nigeria Gala Night & 2018 Charter Award Dinner, which will celebrate professionals making impact in the investment space. 

Speaking on the conference the President of CFA Society Nigeria, Mr Banji Fehintola said “We intend to use the conference as a platform for advocacy and knowledge exchange as we seek to improve the professionalism and ethical standards of Nigeria’s investment industry”. 

It will feature high profile local and international speakers who will be exploring how Nigeria can build a better investment industry.
