2018 Annual Directors’ Conference Now Holds On Thursday 8th November

The Governing Council of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria has approved a new date for the 2018 Annual Directors’ Conference (ADC). It will now hold on Thursday 8th November 2018 as against the initial date of Thursday 20th September 2018.

 

The change in date is as a result of the Presidential Primary Election of the All Progressives Congress (APC), which has been scheduled to hold on the same date of Thursday 20th September 2018, and at the same venue as the 2018 ADC.

 

The venue remains Congress Hall, Transcorp Hilton Hotels, Abuja, while the time of event is still 9.00a.m. The event would be rounded off in the evening with the “Government Meets Business Dinner”, which will equally take place at the same venue at 7.00p.m.

 

The IoD Nigeria Annual Directors’ Conference is the Institute’s flagship event, which is attended by Captains of Industry and Directors in both Private and Public Sectors of the Nigerian economy at which contemporary issues affecting leadership and corporate governance of Nigeria’s businesses are x-rayed and global best practice solutions provided by professionals and practitioners in corporate administrations. It is also a forum where board members and management use the once-a-year opportunity to meet and network and create business opportunities for their organisations.

 

Special Government Meets Business and Award night is an exclusive high-profile event which attracts a cross section of notable Business Leaders and Captains of Industry in both Private and Public Sectors of the economy.
