This is to inform the the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Access Bank Plc ('the Company') has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2020 to consider and approve the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter Ended September 30, 2020.


The Company's earlier announced Closed Period in respect of transactions on its securities will continue until 24 hours after the announcement of the Third Quarter 2020 Unaudited Financial Statements in compliance with the Listing Rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.


Accordingly, no director, employee, persons discharging managerial responsibility, adviser of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly, deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
