NNNGO and Sterling One Foundation to host Webinar on Accessing International Grants

In partnership with the Nigeria Network of NGOs (NNNGO), Sterling One Foundation will host a live 60-minute webinar on Accessing International Grants for Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) on Tuesday, 25th of May 2021 at 1pm, West Central African time. 

 

Designed to assist Non-Government Organisations seeking grants and donations and diversified programme funding sources, the Webinar will focus on understanding funding sources, structures, and types including how to access them

 

A timely intervention, the Webinar seeks to build the capacity of NGOs to ensure that they meet the requirements of grant agencies, get funding, and continue to deliver on social impact work at scale across the country. 

 

It is second, in the series of Giving 123 Webinars, aimed at bringing together non-governmental organisations and social enterprises devoted to advancing human dignity to learn, share and find common ground.

The line-up of speakers and facilitators include:

 

Oludotun Babayemi- A principal partner at Cloneshouse LLC, a hybrid organization that provides technical assistance to INGOs and government agencies and the co-creator of Follow The Money (2012), an initiative that advocates, tracks, and visualizes funds meant for local communities.

 

Chidi Koldsweat- is an international development professional and the founder of Donors for Africa. She is a recipient of numerous awards including CEO Global's Africa most influential woman in management, business & public service (civil society category).

 

Oyebisi Oluseyi is the executive director Nigeria Network of NGOs. Oyebisi specializes in civil society strengthening and growth, including capacity building while developing and implementing advocacy activities on the reform of laws guiding the formation and operation of nonprofits in Nigeria.

 

Olapeju Ibekwe- is the Chief Executive Officer of Sterling One Foundation, a foundation of foundations and investors in the platform giving.ng, a digital crowd funding platform that not only allows NGOs to raise funds for projects but also gives grants for completion of such projects.
