We are pleased to inform you that the offer of the up to N5 billion Series 1 Bond (the "Transaction" or the "Issuance") under the CardinalStone Financing SPV Plc N10 billion Bond Issuance Programme is now open and closes 3rd December 2020.

 

CardinalStone Partners Limited ("CardinalStone" or the "Sponsor") - the Sponsor of CardinalStone Financing SPV Plc - is an independent, multi-asset investment management firm that offers a variety of financial services to diverse institutional and retail clientele. CardinalStone and its subsidiaries are licensed respectively by the SEC to operate as Issuing House, Fund Manager, Broker/Dealer, and Registrar; and by the Central Bank of Nigeria as a finance house.

 

CardinalStone commenced business operations in June 2008 and as at September 30, 2020, its total shareholders' funds and total assets stood at N5.57 billion and N35.35 billion respectively. The Company has established the following companies under the group: CardinalStone Securities Limited, CardinalStone Registrars Limited, CS Advance Finance Company Limited, and CardinalStone Asset Management Limited.
