Reduction in my reported Intercontinental Bank (ICB) Sha
Dear Sir/Madam, I do not know what is happening but I believe I have been defrauded in my Shares. I bought Intercontinental Bank Shares December of 2010 worth a Million Naira. As at Jan. 26, 2011, my ICB shares was a total of 440, 530 units. Also as at Nov. 21, 2011, the same ICB share volume was recorded. And this continue to be until the acquisition by Access Bank Plc. By the terms of the TIA, my ICB/Access shares should be 62932 units. However, with the acquisition over, what was reported as my Access Bank Shares, which was erroneously reflected as ICB was 62932 units; when I complained, I was told by ESL, my securities company that these error would be corrected but it was never corrected. By march 20th, 2012, I sold 15000 units of my ICB/Acess Bank shares, the reported Access Bank shares due me is now shown as 733 units instead of 47932 units. Please help me in this regards.
