Impact evaluation helps determine the achievement or otherwise of a programme / projects set objectives or test alternative strategies for achieving those results. By so doing, it strengthens evidence base decision making and strategy development. This course is therefore designed to enable participants know what to evaluate and why; how to evaluate; and how to implement an evaluation.
