Dear Share Support Service Officer, The AGM of International Energy Insurance (IEI) PLC was scheduled for today at Le Meridian Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort, Nwaniba Road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom. I am a shareholder of International Energy Insurance PLC residing at Port Harcourt, Rivers State. I travelled from Port Harcourt to Uyo today to attend the AGM and arrived at Le Meridian Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort at 9:50 am. I checked at the accreditation desk for IEI AGM, I was informed by an IEI staff that the AGM started at 9am and lasted for 15 minutes. I call on Proshare to investigate the followings about IEI 1. The start time of the AGM was not published. 2. The AGM started relatively very early in the morning causing many IEI shareholders to miss the AGM. 3. The conduct of the AGM during a very short duration (15 minutes).
