220312: NSE ASI firms up by +0.92% as Dangote Cement Plc records -0.58% loss
Today, trading activities on the Nigerian bourse maintained uptrend for the second session in a row as market witnessed continuous bargain activities amid slightly improved breadth while the negative trading activities observed in the share price of Dangote Cement Plc, market leader by capitalisation could not impact market activities negatively.
Nevertheless, the key benchmark indices preserved northwards movement, taking supports majorly from Large CAP stock which was particularly driven by First Bank while Medium CAP stocks also contributed to the outlook recorded today due to selling activities witnessed in Conglomerates, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Industrial Goods and Oil & Gas sectors.
