Nestle Nigeria Plc has notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange that Mr. Martin Kruegel, an Executive Director, has notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors on 30 September 2014 as a result of his transfer to Nestle Malaysia/Singapore.
