Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Lamido Sanusi, had a closed-door meeting with Mrs. Waziri in Lagos on Wednesday.

Sanusi breezed into the premises of the commission at about 3:35p.m. amid tight security. The registration number of the lead vehicle of the convoy was ABUJA BJ 258 GWA.
The CBN governor who wore a butter colour suit left at about 4:30p.m.

When contacted on the outcome of the meeting, the anti-graft agency spokesman, Mr. Babafemi, simply said; “The meeting is in connection with the ongoing sanitization of the banking sector.”
