Core Trust cruises forthcoming Investment Town Hall Meeting

Core Trust & Investment Limited, Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) will cruise the forthcoming InvestmentTown Hall meeting being hosted by Proshare Nigeria Limited in Association with BusinessDay.
This will be the first of its kind in the Nigerian Investment environment to be so organised.

Core Trust would use the opportunity of the Investment Town Hall Meeting to confirm its proposed hybrid offer.
As earlier reported by Proshare NI, Core Trust is seeking to raise N5.0 billion through a hybrid offer of Rights Issue and Private Placement (PP).
Proceeds of the hybrid offer would be used to enhance the firms Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in order to deliver quality service to its customers.
Further use of the offer proceeds would be to train its staff both on specific and sector function to enhance productivity.
Apart from these, the company is seeking to enhance its brand, not only locally; but internationally.
It could be recalled that the first Investment Town Hall Meeting was hosted June 2008 at the Sheraton Hotels and Towers in LagosNigeria; which featured Tunji Oba, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of Forte Asset Management Limited.
The July Investment Town Hall Meeting will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2008 on the Prest Marine Cruise Boat, taking off from 12E Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lekki, Lagos; at 12: noon.
