Afribank introduces A-SAVE

In line with its tradition of providing unique banking solutions, Afribank Nigeria Plc has introduced a free cash pick-up services with its latest savings product named “A- Save”.


The product initiative is designed to remove the hassles of taking deposits to banking halls by customers. This will enable them to concentrate on their businesses and engagements.


A-Save targets to increase the reach of the un-banked people through personalized banking solution that provides convenience to customers. Afribank is reaching out to the bankable public in all the nooks and corners of Nigeria using its present nation-wide network and appointed trained agents.


The Bank, through accredited agents and, with the aid of electronic device Point of Sales (POS) terminals, takes deposits from customers in their offices, markets, homes and at any location daily, weekly or monthly to suit customers’ preferences. With A-Save, traders, artisans, drivers, okada riders and professionals now have access to quality banking from Afribank in their locations.


To attract the low and upper end of the market, A-Save Account can be opened with =N=100.00 with and a minimum balance of =N=500.00 in the Account.


The security and safety of funds deposited through A-Save is guaranteed as each accredited agent is attached to a Branch of the Bank which carries out regular supervision. Each deposit made is accompanied with a certified slip which depositors hold and a Pass Book.


Each deposit is immediately captured in the Bank’s Customer’s account data base while an SMS alert is sent to the depositor’s GSM handset.  Depositors can withdraw from their savings at any of the branches of the Bank nationwide.


A-Save account holders will enjoy convenience, extended banking hours, flexible deposit option, interest, credit facilities and access to other Afribank services. They will also have benefits of enjoying discount on all purchases at any of the Afribank loyalty partners’ outlets, free ATM Card and free business advisory services from Afribank.
