To ensure stress-free payment for these services in the Abuja area, the Bank has set up dedicated desks in all its 12 branches in the Federal capital Territory (FCT) Abuja to promptly attend to customers. It has also equipped the Desks with IT facilities and created simple processes to enable customers pay for any of the services without delay.

Consequently, the FCT Authority has advised individuals and public institutions in Abuja to pay at any Branch of Afribank nationwide as the partnership is assisting the FCT administration to realize its vision to make its services available to its stakeholders.
