NASCON offer for N22 per share

In a bid to ensure the availability of NASCON shares to investors on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Dangote Industries Ltd, the majority shareholder of the company has decided to offer to the investing public a total number of 400,000,000 units of the company\'s shares at a special offer price of N22.00 on Friday, 15 June, 2007.
This move will increase the free float of the stock, thereby making the stock more liquid.
The current stock price is N27.16k @ June 13, 2007.
