The Company has notified The Exchange that the Board of Directors of Total Nigeria Plc. is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at the Board Room, Muson Center, Onikan, Lagos Island, Lagos at 8.00 a.m.

The Directors seek to consider the following among others at the meeting;

1. To receive from the Managing Director a brief report on company activities from January   – April, 2012

2. To receive from the Executive Director (Finance and Development) a brief report on the company’s performance from January – April, 2012

3. To receive update from the following committees:

a. Corporate Governance Committee

b. Diversity & Staff Development Committee

4. To receive AGM updates
