The Company has notified The Exchange of the meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled to hold on Thursday, April 26, 2012, for the purpose of considering its third quarter unaudited accounts for the period ended March 31, 2012.

The company further states that, the accounts will be reported under the Statements of Accounting Standards applicable in Nigeria rather than International Financial Reporting Standard, because its financial year runs between July 1, to June 30, as confirmed by the Nigerian Accounting Standards Board.
