The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointments of Messrs.’ Mark Jennings, Tarun Brahma and Bryce Fort.

Jennings, 51 years old, holds B.Sc. and M.Sc., Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA; between 1980 and 1985. And in 1993 he was awarded DPhil in Management Studies and Industrial Relations from Balliol College, Oxford University, UK. He started as a Research Engineer in 1984 with Communication Satellite Corporation, Maryland, USA. In 1993, he was employed by Vuleka Trust, Botha’s Hill, KwaZulu, Natal as Senior Training Consultant. In 1995 he worked as Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company, Sydney, Johannesburg. He became Executive Director of Cycad Financial Holdings, Johannesburg in 1999. And between 2001 and 2010 he was Executive Director, Managing Director, Africa, Renaissance Partners and Investment Principal with Investec Asset Management, Johannesburg until his present appointment.

Brahma was born on 18th January, 1973 in Netherlands. He holds MA Economics (Doctoral, met genoegen) from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, The Netherlands in 1996 and M.Sc. in Development Economics (merit), School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, London, UK in 1998. Brahma is a professional with 10 years’ experience in project finance, leading multi-disciplinary deal teams for some 30 transactions in African infrastructure projects and participant in some 20 other transaction deal teams. He had his internship in 1997 from World Food Programme, Strategy and Policy Division, United Nations, Rome, Italy. He was employed as Economic Advisor at Research Unit, Bank of Papua New Guinea, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. He became Senior Investment Officer, Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden NV (FMO), Africa Department, The Hague, The Netherlands. He moved to Frontier Markets Fund Managers (FMFM), London, United Kingdom in 2006 as Senior Investment Officer. And until his present appointment, he is on full time employment with Nederland’s Financiering’s- Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden NV (FMO), Private Equity Department, The Hague, The Netherlands.

He is a strong and enthusiastic motivator of peers and subordinates, based on mutual respect and team effort.
