The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of an Alternate Director, Mr. Ike Abubakar Solawole Nwachukwu for Senator Ike Sanda Omar Nwachukwu, on the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc.

Mr. Ike Nwachukwu graduated in 1995 with B.Sc., Finance from Ithaca College, NY, USA. He started as a Trader, All Tech Investment Group, Montvale, New Jersey, USA. In 1998, he was employed as Associate, Manhattan Planning Group, New York, USA. In year 2000 he moved to Santon Energy LLC (New York, USA) as Managing Director. By 2003, he moved to Quosol LLC (New York, USA) as Principal. On his return to Nigeria in 2007, he became Managing Director, Assured Risks Limited, Lagos. Mr. Nwachukwu is skilled in Project Management, Financial Analysis and Strategy and Planning decision making. He is working with Abia State Government as Trade & Investment Advisor to create a conducive environment for investment using the Public Private Partnership framework.

His appointment is with effect from 23rd March, 2012.
