SIM Capital Alliance Value Fund Changes Financial Year

The Company has notified The Exchange of the change in the financial year end of the SIM Capital Alliance Value Fund (NSE code “SIMCAPVAL”) FROM 31st of December to 30th of June.
According to the Company, the change is necessary to ensure that financial statements of the SIMCAPVAL are prepared by the end of 12 months from the commencement date of the Fund, which was 29th of June 2011. The trust deed of the SIMCAPVAL will be amended to reflect this change.
