The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Isaac Bajulaye as an Executive Director in Pharma Deko Plc.

Mr. Bajulaye graduated from University of Ibadan in 1986 with Bachelor of Pharmacy and obtained MBA from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in 2004. He is a member of both Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Management. He was the Production Manager, Vitabiotics Nigeria Limited, Lagos. Between 1990 and 1992 Employed by Nigerian German Chemical Plc in 1992 as Executive Assistant, Production Planning. He became the Factory Manager of Bentos Pharma. Production Ltd, Ibadan between 1993 and 1996. In 1997; he moved to Gateway Pharma. Company Plc, Ijebu-Ode as Production Manager. Between 2002 and 2007 he held various positions with Fidson Healthcare Ltd. In 2008 he was appointed by Pharma Deko Plc as Production Manager, promoted to Superindent Pharmacist in June 2011; the position he held till his present appointment as an Executive Director.

He is married with children.
