The Company has notified The Exchange that in line with Nahco Aviance’s diversification and expansion initiative, two subsidiaries were incorporated in the later part of 2011; as were conveyed by the 2010 annual report and accounts.

The Companies are:

1. NAHCO Energy & Power Limited

2. NAHCO FTZ Limited. April 04, 2012

The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Messrs United Securities as the Registrars of I H S Nigeria Plc by the Board of the Company.

This became necessary due to the cessation of business by Intercontinental Registrars as a result of its acquisition by Access Bank Plc.
