The Company has notified The Exchange that due to technical reasons, the Board of Directors of Morison Industries Plc has appointed OMOGOROYE OKIN POPOOLA & CO. (Chartered Accountants) in lieu of OJO ADEYERI AND CO. (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS) to act as External Auditors to the Company.
The appointment is with effect from 16th February, 2012.
