Forte Oil Plc: Appointment of a new Director

The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Kenneth Dan-Anyiam as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
 
Mr. Kenneth Dan-Anyiam is a 1979 Economics graduate of the University of Lagos and an alumnus of Lagos Business School. He started his working career with Plessey Communications, London UK where he was between 1982 and 1984. Between 1985 and 1989 he worked with Plessey Military Communication’s as Sales/Marketing Director, Lagos Nigeria.
 
He later worked in several other places and countries including Director, Techint, Lagos Nigeria (1991); Consultant, Technip, Nigeria (1996); Consultant Pirelli Cables & Systems – Italy (2004); and currently the Founder/CEO, Nexus Alliance Limited – a specialist service provider to the Oil & Gas industry.
Mr. Dan-Anyiam is also the Founder/Chairperson, The Queen Elizabeth Garden Foundation, a not for profit foundation; Director Topline Limited, an indigenous Engineering and Construction (Pipeline Services) company; Director, Aveon Offshore (Nigeria) Limited; Founding member, Crestech Engineering, a joint venture engineering company with Technip of France); Director Suffix Energy, an indigenous consulting company on project management and logistics services to the oil and gas industry and Chairman, Solar Wheels (Foundation) Farms, an integrated agricultural solutions provider and commodity trader.
Mr. Kenneth Dan-Anyiam is a member of Society of Corporate Governance of Nigeria. His general interests include Agriculture, History of past eras and Teaching.
