The company has notified the Exchange that, the Board of Directors of Standard Alliance Insurance Plc. at its meeting held on Friday, December 16, 2011 resolved that, following the death of Alhaji Mohammed Hassan (Ciroma Keffi), the Board directorship of the Company be restructured as follows:
