The Company has notified The Exchange of its Board Meeting scheduled to hold on Thursday, February 23, 2012, to consider and approve the company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2011.
The Board will also at the meeting, consider the amount to be recommended to members as dividend at its next Annual General Meeting (AGM) and also fix a date and venue for the forth coming general meeting.
