LAWUNION announces resignation of Company secretary; appoints Akinyosade Afolabi

Resignation
The Company has notified The Exchange that Mrs. Salaudeen Rukayat Oziama, its Company Secretary/Legal Adviser has resigned her appointment from the company, effective February 1, 2012.

The company has appointed Mr. Akinyosade Afolabi in acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.
